What an Amazing April!

Have you walked down Pearl Street to appreciate the terrific tulips yet? They are in full bloom and absolutely amazing! Yes, Spring is here and so is the traditionally busy Real Estate season. Check out the First Quarter Stats to see how prices really are going up as predicted. We're continuing to see multiple bids in the lower price range and a general lack of inventory. Fall in Love in Boulder County this February!

This is the month for love, and I must say, I love living in Boulder, Colorado! I've been able to go hiking and skiing this month, and the real estate market is off to a very busy start in 2017. The articles in the Buzz this month remind us that Colorado is on the map in terms of where big businesses want to be. Also, don't miss the controversial topic of the Pearl Street Mall and what to do with the retail spaces...are we going to be able to maintain the uniqueness of Boulder? We'll have to wait and see. June is here and I'm jumping for joy! The weather outside is beautiful, the sunsets are gorgeous, and there are more events happening in the community than I have time for. Between the concerts at Chatauqua, the Farmer's Market, and all of the outdoor activities and festivals, every morning I wake up excited and grateful to live in such a wonderful place. Can you believe how green it is outside? While I might have been a little impatient about all the rain we've been getting, I love seeing the mountainside and trees full of color.
