  • Provide a professional photographer to capture high-quality images of your home to use within online and print marketing collateral

  • Create personal property website virtual tours for potential buyers

  • Provide Realtor marketing brochures to be left at the property

LISTING PERIOD

  • Create and submit online listing in both Boulder and Denver area MLS systems which automatically adds your listing to Zillow.com, Realtor.com, Trulia.com and many other listing search engines

  • Enhanced Realtor.com listing provides virtual tours, additional information and photos

  • Schedule and host an Open House the first weekend the house is on the market

  • Monitor and communicate competing properties price and status changes; adjust pricing as needed to remain competitive with market changes

  • Update and share website activity, showing feedback reports from all potential buyers with you

UNDER CONTRACT PERIOD

  • Ensure all potential buyers are pre-qualified

  • Negotiate the transaction including inspection objections with cooperating agent

  • Recommend and coordinate service professionals to resolve any needed inspection related repairs

  • Process transaction with Buyer’s Agent, Lender and Title Company

  • Confirm that all conditions of the sales contract are completed on time

  • Review and prepare closing documents and attend the closing
